In this PR, tests for CAN-FD related to this PR sigrokproject/libsigrokdecode#131 are updated.
NMEA2000 has been updated as well but I assume the test data is not reliable and not suitable for regression tests. I have updated it anyways, as this was also the procedure when I have introduced the CAN-FD tests earlier. See related comments in sigrokproject/libsigrokdecode#131.
