Currently, there's a number of actions that users need to contact our
helpdesk in order to achieve. This includes for instance record deletions,
quota increase requests and other standard support requests. We'll be focusing
helpdesk in order to achieve. We'll be focusing
on improving self-service support which should ensure an improved user experience
and faster replies, as well as reduced load on our supporters (we're currently
handling 500-600 requests a month).

1. **Curation**: A team of experts nominated by OpenAIRE (see list below) has been created to curate the COVID-19 community. Further, Zenodo is adding a data curator ([@StephvandeSandt](https://twitter.com/StephvandeSandt)) to scout for further COVID-19 uploads outside the community and coordinate the COVID-19 curation efforts on Zenodo with other teams worldwide.
1. ** Support:** We do not want anyone to have any issues sharing relevant information on Zenodo. Please [contact us](https://zenodo.org/support) for any questions you may have (COVID-19 related support requests are prioritized). We can further offer:

- Liberal quota increases (beyond the current limits of 50GB) if needed
- 1-on-1 dedicated support via chat with Zenodo supporters.
- Help with automated uploads to Zenodo of large datasets.

We exceptionally grant a **one-time quota increase up to 200GB** for datasets.
We exceptionally grant an additional **quota increase of up to 150GB** for datasets.

Each record comes with a default storage quota of **50GB**.<br>If additional storage is needed, users can assign available quota to their records using the **Manage storage** feature.

Detailed information about quota usage is available in the **Storage** section in the settings.

!!! warning
Once you have exhausted the **150GB** quota allowance, more quota would not be granted.
