I expect the code I wrote only works on Python 3, and PEP 394 suggests python3 for that [1]. I got the Makefile entries right in 89e3eb5 (oci_discovery: Add a Python 3 implementation, 2017-09-08, xiekeyang#2), but botched this one. [1]: https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0394/#recommendation
