Uses the subversion repository at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpd/httpd/trunk as a source for the Apache docs. It looks like they're not the most stable, but we need to fetch this like once every few months max.
This relies on an ancient
net/davgem, which requires a stdlib monkeypatch and warns on a few things, so I may look into removing that dependency somehow.
