add permissions for execution files

sudo chmod 600 python3.10.5_installer.sh jupyter_installer.sh

run install python in $home

cd $HOME source python3.10.5_installer.sh

create python3.10 venv and install jupyter, run notebook

source jupyter_installer.sh
