This PR adds a new script to easy identify in envvars placeholders used in
introductionVersionthat needs to be changed before starting a release candidate.Because the code is identical for
removalVersionwith a slightly different regex, a selector is added to check this key too. By that, one can easily check for envvars pending removal.
