As requested, here's the update: I've rewritten manager.py and manager_modules.py to use async CUDA streams, pinned memory, and double buffering. Now the startup is free of hangs and crashes on large RAM (like 128GB + 4090).
I tested it locally – everything works fine.
If anything's wrong, let me know, and I'll fix it.
