Improves the styling of the modules section to make cards and action buttons feel cleaner and more consistent.

Changes included:

• updated secondary accent colors
• reduced hover transition duration for a snappier feel
• increased module card border radius
• adjusted module card padding and added a subtle border
• improved module link spacing and padding
• left-aligned module headings and text for readability
