Hi @matthdsm , this is looking good. Just out of curiosity, the CSI you are using - are they being used as task-level work directories? If so, how do they compare in terms of File I/O performance wrt any host level mounts? |

For some reason this seems to cause nextflow to fail the pipeline more agressively. Will investigate further |
