Issue

When title or subline is missing, the text is not centered

Changes

• Removes un-necessary layout items for each header and footer (increases performance)
• Uses M3 headline for header
• Fixes item alignment when subline missing or when title missing
• Moves more button to end
• Uses M3 Icon Button for more button
