fix: resolve React from pnpm workspace catalogs

Summary

• parse packages, catalog, and catalogs from pnpm-workspace.yaml
• resolve child workspace React versions from workspace-level pnpm catalogs
• add coverage for default and named pnpm workspace catalogs

Testing

• pnpm test
• runtime verification with minimal pnpm workspace fixtures for both default and named catalogs

Closes #101.
