Updates MSTest SDK acceptance integration tests to align their expected output with the target frameworks actually used by the test matrix after #7554 removed net9.0 from TargetFrameworks.

This got broken in #7554.
It's not failing in PR because PRs run with FastAcceptanceTest=true which only runs net10 and defines
SKIP_INTERMEDIATE_TARGET_FRAMEWORKS
