Summary of the Pull Request

This PR changes the way the user can update settings: it now opens the Settings window and navigates to the extension page. This has the following advantages:

  • No window resizing of CmdPal itself, because stuff doesn't fit.
  • We have a lot of other extension related settings that are not shown inline (e.g. fallback ranking, alias etc.)
  • A consistent and predictable UX.
