Description
This PR exposes 2 exports:
getAllTools from @mapbox/mcp-devkit-server/tools — returns all registered tool instances
getVersionInfo + VersionInfo type from @mapbox/mcp-devkit-server/utils — returns version metadata
Closes #AGI-669
