docs(plan): render-goal — display mission in room UI

Adds a structured implementation plan for surfacing the room's active mission(s) in the UI.

The plan covers four tasks:

• Extract shared badge components (StatusIndicator, MissionTypeBadge, AutonomyBadge) from GoalsEditor.tsx into a reusable MissionBadges.tsx
• Add a Mission Summary section to the Overview tab (RoomDashboard)
• Enhance sidebar goal rows in RoomContextPanel with type and autonomy badges
• Vitest unit tests for the new components
