Add SEO descriptions to 369 documentation pages

Summary

Comprehensive SEO metadata audit and improvement across all documentation pages referenced in docs.json navigation.

Changes

• 236 pages: Added descriptions to pages with missing or empty frontmatter descriptions
• 80 pages: Improved descriptions that were under 50 characters (too short for SEO)
• 24 pages: Trimmed descriptions that exceeded 160 characters (too long for SEO)
• 30 pages: Added frontmatter to localized pages (CN/ES/FR) that had none
• All descriptions are 50-160 characters, written in plain language, and accurately summarize page content
• Localized descriptions written in appropriate language (Chinese, Spanish, French)

What was NOT changed

• No page content was modified — only frontmatter description fields
• v1 pages were not touched (already had adequate descriptions)
• Pre-existing validation warnings (missing referenced files) remain unchanged
