Refactor addAroon and addAroonOsc to use skeleton_TA structure. As chartSeries.chob is no longer available, as well as chartTA, chartAroon and chartAroonOsc functions are given to create aroon indicator based on skeleton_TA structure.

Refactor addAroon and addAroonOsc to use skeleton_TA structure. As chartSeries.chob is no longer available, as well as chartTA, chartAroon and chartAroonOsc functions are given to create aroon indicator based on skeleton_TA structure as described in #96.
