- Remove the separate package publishing workflow to reduce pipeline drift
- Expand the release workflow to handle Homebrew and Scoop publishing
- Support official version tags with full release and publish automation
- Add test tag handling for build and smoke-check runs without publishing
- Keep package publication aligned with release artifacts in one pipeline
