Renames the post-processing file, and adds more paths to it. This file should be removed entirely once we've upgraded to a later version of the GAPIC generator which fixes the warnings. See googleapis#15475 for details on this work.

This pull request enables code generation for the Dialogflow CX library by removing the skip_generate flag and adding the API description to its metadata and documentation. Additionally, it updates the post-processing configuration to allow documentation warnings for several other packages, including compute, container, and dataplex. I have no feedback to provide as there were no review comments.
