GCM now has native binaries for x64 and arm64. This allows for better performance especially on arm64, because x86 emulation is no longer needed. Signed-off-by: Dennis Ameling <dennis@dennisameling.com>

I hope that this gets traction. GCM is still owned by GitHub, and @mjcheetham (who would usually have taken care of merging this) has transitioned to Microsoft to be once again my teammate, and therefore is no longer the owner. |
