Modernize example setup, based on deck.gl-raster examples like https://github.com/developmentseed/deck.gl-raster/blob/671b4f55668a8addb7a292d2bbb500c2b0c489e2/examples/cog-basic/src/App.tsx
Tested that the example still works:
Now we should figure out how to serve this data so that we can publish the example to github pages
I think we can say this closes #183, though the other examples might not be reproducible yet.
