This PR introduces a new skill, qwik-city-vite, for scaffolding Qwik City projects. The skill is designed to create a production-ready Qwik City application with custom AI rules to guide development.
Key changes include:
Project Scaffolding: Creates a new Qwik City project using npm create qwik@latest empty.
Custom AI Rules: Adds a detailed ai_rules.md file with expert guidance on Qwik City, including component structure, state management, and critical security best practices for handling API keys on the server.
Scripted Setup: Provides clear, executable instructions in setup_instructions.md for project creation and agent configuration.
Cross-Platform Installers: Includes scripts to ensure the correct Node.js version is installed on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
