Inference notebook

The notebook demonstrates how to:

• Define a Region of Interest (ROI)
• Extract seasonal crop calendar information
• Query Sentinel-2 imagery from the Microsoft Planetary Computer
• Download data in the FTW format
• Run inference with FTW CLI tools

It will be updated to use scene selection from the cli after the next release of the ftw tools on pip
