XMP fields for TYPO3

This extension will provide (once it has reached a stable state)

all fields from the XMP Part 1 - ISO standard (namespaces dc, xmp, xmprights, xmpmm, xmpidq)
plus the creative commons fields / namespace
english language labels for all fields from the specification
english context sensitive help from the specification
mappings for the extension extractor (maybe exiftool based)

TYPO3 version compatibility: 9.5-10.4
