Refactors the admin-ui module by introducing a new system design, components, and screens built with shadcn and TailwindCSS, replacing Bootstrap.
The migration is still in progress, as the legacy UI continues to be served. Bootstrap must be maintained until the legacy UI is fully removed. More details about the migration process can be found in tailwind.css and admin-ui.instructions.md.
The UI is now served under three main paths:
