This patch fixes intermittent CI failures in
librarypanels_patch_test.go. As far as I can observe, the flaky tests were caused by small differences in theUpdatedmetadata timestamp between the expected and actual results.The idea is, to synchronizing the expected
Updatedtimestamp with the actual result immediately before thecmp.Diffcomparison, to prevent tests failures.
