Added a collapsible section in the palen1x guide explaining how to enroll Ventoy's Secure Boot key in the MOK Manager using its shim so it can be booted without the need to disable Secure boot. I believe this will be useful for users who require Secure Boot enabled on their system, for example: Windows 11 users, or users who play games with strict anti-cheat.

Also added formatting for details blocks.

Change line 60 to be 1. instead of 2.. The number lists are purposely set to 1., the guide should format it properly in production.
