- Support ruby 2.0 with new openssl
- Ruby 2.0 is not installed osx container (ruby 2.4 or above)

CI will be fixed via #863 It's not viable to use the steps and reinstall ruby here since we won't be doing that with a fresh Boxen installation. High Sierra comes with MRI 2.3.3 and LibreSSL which supports TLSv1.2 so that addresses the GitHub TLS deprecation. |
