Added function draw_object_tile that draws objects of type OT_TILE

Unfortunately I won't merge it because the sole purpose of the examples is to be a final version of the code samples from the tutorial hosted at https://libtmx.readthedocs.io/en/latest/renderer-from-scratch.html

If a new feature is to be added in one example, then all the other examples must implement it as well and the tutorial has to be updated.

I know it adds a lot of work but I can keep this PR open for those who could use this piece of code until either I or someone else finds the will to do that work.
