Implements LNS parallel to existing SA optimization:
- kick_lns agent: Large operator-guided mutations (destroy phase)
- refine_lns agent: Iterative micro-optimizations (repair phase)
- lns_setup.sh: Configuration with --max-iterations, --reset
- lns_step.sh: State machine orchestration with KICK_ARGS/REFINE_ARGS/DONE
- optimize_lns skill: Entry point documentation

Key features:
- Evolving operator list with novel discovery and name-only dedup
- Random operator selection per iteration
- Snapshot mechanism in refine to guarantee non-regression
- Portable bash (macOS + Linux compatible)

- Remove "novel" from operators.txt (only discovered approaches)
- Add NOVEL_PROB_PCT (default 20%) for novel selection probability
- First roll for novel, then pick random from operators.txt if not
- Preserves operators.txt on --reset (learned knowledge)

- load_compute_overlap: Overlap XOR/hash with loads
- extended_load_overlap: Overlap more hash stages with loads
- deep_hash_pipeline: Overlap all 6 hash stages with loads
- broadcast_coalescing: Load once and broadcast for round 0
- addr_fused_bounds: Fuse address computation with bounds
- hash_stage_fusion: Fuse consecutive hash stages
- limited_gather_selection: Arithmetic selection for early rounds
