docs: list and explain compile time validations#1180

This PR is stale for a while, but I still want to revisit it. Other than reviewing it fully, I think it will be great if we add the validation rules on the component javadoc. Not only users can benefit for it, but also AI code assistants can understand the rules before they code something. And the docs is also accessible to the assistants through the akka-context. |
