Changes
Clicking the meemli icon redirects to /programs. Searching for "/" in the url also redirects to "/programs". Fixed scrolling issues.
Testing
Manually tested the redirect links and the scrolling changes. I modified the Modal component to fix the scrolling issues, so I tested other parts of the app that use the Modal component to make sure nothing broke.
