Adds a newsletter subscription feature with modal UI and backend support. Includes GitHub stars badges in the header and footer for better visibility. Improves data organization by introducing a
data/directory and enhances security with stricter scan ID validation. Also adds optional Slack notifications for new subscribers and improves overall UI/UX.
