### Pidgin English Q&A Environment (`pidgin_qa_environment.py`)

A training environment that evaluates language models on Nigerian Pidgin English comprehension and generation. This environment trains models to understand and respond correctly in Pidgin English, a widely spoken creole language across West Africa.

Task: Given a question in Pidgin English, the model must generate a correct and natural-sounding response.

Example:
- Input: "Wetin be the capital of Nigeria?"
- Expected Output: "The capital of Nigeria na Abuja."

Reward Function: Responses are scored based on factual correctness and natural Pidgin English fluency.

Evaluation Metric:
- eval/percent_correct: Exact-match accuracy on a held-out Pidgin English Q&A dataset.
