Overview: What does this pull request change?
This PR only improves the docstring of set_color method in mobject.py file.
Motivation and Explanation: Why and how do your changes improve the library?
Earlier there was mention of a Condition function, which was a mistake, since no condition function is used in the method. Also, alpha has been mentioned as one of the parameters, but it's not been used at all in this method.
