Adds a new IGA use case for a 3D Laplacian problem on the Stanford bunny using the Surrogate Boundary Method.
The PR includes the full example setup, a cleaned run_and_post.py for error evaluation, a convergence.py script for refinement studies, and a plot_conditions.py utility to visualize the outer surrogate boundary in 3D.
