Updated the list of warps:
Moved the garden Warp up to add warp Rift with a player module similar to Dungeon hub warp
Added Stonks in the hub warp
Added Mountain Top in the rift warps (moved Plaza warp up a bit to make Mountain Top fit)
Added Base camp warp to the side of Deep Caverns with an icon so it doesn't make the area even more cluttered.
