Description

This PR adds three free Python learning resources to the Python section of the programming books list.

Why is this valuable (or not)?

These resources provide useful Python learning materials for beginners and intermediate developers, including tutorials, programming patterns, and project-based learning.

How do we know it's really free?

The resources are freely accessible online without payment.

For book lists, is it a book? For course lists, is it a course? etc.

These are free Python programming learning resources available online.

Checklist:

  • Search for duplicates.
  • Include author(s) and platform where appropriate.
  • Put lists in alphabetical order, correct spacing.
  • Add needed indications (PDF, access notes, under construction).
