feat(spec1-5): add initial support for spec v1.5#99

This adds the new schemas, `SpecVersion` variables, and updates existing tests to use v1.5. The default `specVersion` set by `NewBOM` is now `SpecVersion1_5`. Signed-off-by: nscuro <nscuro@protonmail.com>
