nonce is used by more account-based coins, not just DOT. is the DOT-only scoping intentional?

a few coins in the "currently unavailable" list (XLM, DOT, CSPR) are referenced elsewhere in this file's field docs as supported use cases (e.g. memo mentions XLM, nonce mentions DOT). might confuse readers.
