Ability to install vendetta with the downgradable flag.

Alright here we go-

So, with the recent release of v1.1.0 of vendetta manager, shizuku installer was added.

Now, when you install through adb there is a flag "-d" for making packages downgradable, I believe that with frequent addition of breaking changes on the discord app, a easier way to downgrade would be great.

InstallerX is a package installer that uses shizuku and has implemented it :

It would be great if this was added as a switch below the debuggable switch :

Also, a thing to point out is that, from A14 onwards you need the debuggable flag for this flag to work, source, but its okay below A14, so it would be great if the debuggable flag was optional.

Kinda, doesn't that seem more aimed towards users who use rooted devices?

I'm talking about a rootless implementation here
