When reporting an issue, please try to reproduce the issue with just Dominos and Dominos_Config running. Dominos reuses a good chunk of the stock UI, and other popular addons, like Move Anything, like to take control of those parts, too.
Checked, tested with only Dominos + Masque loaded with fresh Interface and WTF folders.

I cannot choose Dominos Extra Bar in Masque until a Extra ActionButton was loaded and I do a /reload after it.
==Steps to reproduce (with screenshots)==
1.) Login and open /masque, there is no Extra bar listed under 'Dominos'
2.) Enter a follower dungeon (so the game creates an extra ActionButton). Configuration for ExtraBar is still not showing up. If you've already skinned the button before, default skin is loaded now.
3.) Do a /reload, correct skin will be loaded and you're able to choose Dominos > Extra Bar now from Masque config:
