hello guys,
i have encountered same issue on my macbook air m4.
after some research i found there are 2 components inside the pulseview.app that are not compatible with apple's framework hierachy (or something else, idk), that make the whole app can not get signed by the codesign tool.
i've managed to do some stupid trick to get artifacts signed properly, and now it is working on my computer. here is the file: Download

For those who find this post and are looking for another way to install on macOS:

I ended up just building from source - it was relatively straight-forward with the exception of the glibmm version which is also documented in other issues.

• Build and install libsigrok from source (follow the README)
• Build and install libsigrokdecode from source (follow the README)
• Install any additional dependencies via Homebrew
  NOTE: Use brew install glibmm@2.66 to get a compatible version of glibmm
• Build pulseview from source (follow the INSTALL)
