Increase GPU memory usage

Description:

Increase the usage of the GPU memory in order to speed up dot.
Machines with low GPU memory should also be supported by switching to CPU if the memory is not enough.

Possible improvements:

• Move all of the operations in this script reverse2original.py to GPU
