sqlite library compiled without CGO in venom 1.3.0

Hey folks, 

I'm running into some errors while testing our things with venom 1.3:
```
Testcase "Remove all data from db (SQLite - tickets.db)", step #1-0: failed to connect to database: Binary was compiled with 'CGO_ENABLED=0', go-sqlite3 requires cgo to work. This is a stub (cleanup.yaml:0)
```

I'm running this in darwin.  
Issue doesn't seem to be happening with venom 1.2.x
