Hello,
I am trying to set up some membrane simulations with calcium ions. Regarding the calcium ions in martini 3 you mention that both SD and TD are possible, depending on the applications. What do you mean by that? I could not find a discussion about this specific bead choice for calcium. How can I decide if small or tiny bead is better for my system?
