as most ions in Martini are described by one bead, so you can easily change the ion definition in your topology file after Insane generation using default NaCl. |

Section 2.1 of the publication 'Building Complex Membranes with Martini 3', titled 'System Setup Using Insane', states that 'other options are available to set the system size, salt type and concentration, etc.'. I would like to use salt types other than NaCl for my protein–small molecule binding simulation. How can I change the salt type using Insane? Alternatively, is there another method of neutralizing the protein and adding salt ions at a specific concentration that does not involve using Insane?
