Contributing documentation instructions result in failure #7245

Hi, followed the instructions to serve the documentation locally and it fails.
E.g.:
$ make serve-containerized
podman run --rm -it -p 8000:8000 \
-v /home/<redacted>/hypershift/docs:/home/docs/hypershift:Z \
-v hypershift-docs-site:/home/docs/hypershift/site \
quay.io/hypershift/mkdocs-material:9.6.8 serve --dev-addr 0.0.0.0:8000
Trying to pull quay.io/hypershift/mkdocs-material:9.6.8...
Error: unable to copy from source docker://quay.io/hypershift/mkdocs-material:9.6.8: initializing source docker://quay.io/hypershift/mkdocs-material:9.6.8: reading manifest 9.6.8 in quay.io/hypershift/mkdocs-material: manifest unknown
make: *** [Makefile:20: serve-containerized] Error 125
Looking at the Makefile, the script runs an awk script to extract an exact version number however quay.io only contains a container image tagged latest.
Not sure how this can work as coded.
Was able to make it run by manually editing the command:
$ make serve-containerized
podman run --rm -it -p 8000:8000 \
-v /home/<redacted>/hypershift/docs:/home/docs/hypershift:Z \
-v hypershift-docs-site:/home/docs/hypershift/site \
quay.io/hypershift/mkdocs-material:latest serve --dev-addr 0.0.0.0:8000
