Copilot refuses to make README or other Git Related files. #301849

No idea how to reproduce this, other than this has now does 7 ITERATIONS of the same idea to generate proper documents for this, and it has failed EVERY TIME.
I needed a template for my work, and its refusing to do this.
Giving it instructions to make several files with requirements in Planning mode, like LICENSE and README - or even ISSUES, then telling it to create the files, as ether one massive file (maybe it was a bug with creating multiple), or several regular files (cause maybe it was too large of a file), refuses to generate an output AT ALL and simply gives "no response was returned."
I'm new to the AI scene, and this is not a good example of being able to take advantage of a tool if I'm paying PER REQUEST for something as LITTLE AS THIS.
Not sure what I can do about getting credits back, but I've wasted about 10 Bucks JUST TO GET A DAMN README OUT OF THIS. WHY?
