[Bug] ChatItem 在 LobeChat 中，长文本下，复制粘贴有概率会导致整个 ChatItem 重渲染，原因未知

经过测试，瓶颈在于 shiki 的动态渲染

每次内容变化，都会进行一次 shiki.codeToHtml 的计算，这个耗时很大，而且是同步的

const codeToHtml = await initShiki();
            
const html = await codeToHtml(code, options);

超出内存计算的时候，就会导致整个组件 Reload，这也就是在 LobeChat 中长文本无法编辑的原因所在。目前解决办法有几个

1. 超过某个阈值后，编辑态不要走 shiki 的计算，直接降级为简单的逻辑（简单）
2. 动态渲染方案，编辑输入区域的时候，走默认的 textarea，然后在 workerjs 中进行 shiki 的计算，计算完成后，对整个区域在进行批量替换渲染

目前 #380 走的是方案2，但是感觉边界 case 比较复杂。
